When such requests come in, confirm if the customer is on the Premium Plan. If yes, get the following details from the customer:
1. Source store (ask for the myshopify name)
2. Destination store (ask for the myshopify name)
3. Product names for which the reviews need to be copied
Once you have the details, inform the customer that you will forward this request to the development team and they will be informed over email once done. Turnaround time would be 12-24 hours.
