If a customer on the Basic plan asks for this feature, ask them to upgrade to the Premium plan.
Step 1: From the AliReviews App Dashboard, go to the Manage Reviews tab and then click on Manage Reviews for the product for which you would like to bulk import the reviews.
Step 2: Click on the Bulk Review Import option.
Step 3: You will get a popup, click on the first option to download the csv template.
Step 4: Once downloaded, the csv needs to be filled up with the reviews that you want to upload. The format needs to be followed:
Name: Enter customer name
Rating: Select from the dropdown (do not enter custom text)
Country: Select from the dropdown (do not enter custom text)
Review Text: Enter the review text
Date: Use format DD/MM/YYYY
If the format is not followed, the upload won't work.
Step 5: Once done, upload the review using the 'Choose File' option the click on 'Import'. All the reviews in the csv should be imported to the product.
Things to do if the above steps fail
1. Ask the customer to share the csv file with you and verify if they are using the correct format. If not, inform them what needs to be fixed.
2. If they are using the correct format but are still unable to import the reviews, inform the customer that you need to engage the development team for assistance. The development team might need collaborator access to the store and they will get back to the customer over email. Gracefully end the live chat.
