How to link your Instagram account to InstaFeed app?

    There are two ways to link your Instagram account to the InstaFeed app.

    1. If your Instagram account is linked to Facebook

    Step 1: Click on the 'Link Instagram' account 



    Step 2 : Facebook login prompt will appear. Login with your Facebook credential and select your Instagram account to link.



    2. If your Instagram account is not linked to Facebook

    Step 1: Click on 'Dont have Facebook page linked to IG? Click here to use IG basic authorization.'



    Step 2: You will be redirected to the Instagram login. Login with your Instagram account credentials.



    If you receive an additional authorization request, click on Allow.



    Your Instagram account should now be linked to InstaFeed app.



    Things to do if the above steps fail

    1. Inform the customer that there seems to be an issue and that you need to engage the development team.  Inform them that you will follow up over email once the issue has been resolved. Gracefully end the live chat.

    2. Send an email to contact@zegsu.com with the issue description and the chat transcript.

    The subject line should be: InstaFeed - Linking Issues - <shop name>
