Select the specific images from the list that you would like to appear on the Shopify store. The selected images with have a check mark.
Please note, the 'Customize Media' option will only show the last 40 posts from Instagram. This is a limitation of Instagram's API.
Things to do if the above steps fail
1. Inform the customer that there seems to be an issue and that you need to engage the development team. Inform them that you will follow up over email once the issue has been resolved. Gracefully end the live chat.
