Follow these steps to troubleshoot your Cart page funnel issue:

1. Check if you are able to preview your funnel. Check this guide on how to preview your upsell funnels.

Does the funnel show? If yes, move on to the next step. If not, read this article.

2. Head over to your store, add the trigger product to your cart. Go to cart and click on Checkout or Continue to Checkout

If you see the funnel, it's all working as expected. If not, move on to the next step.

3. Check if you have installed any other Upsell Apps before installing Zappy. If yes, this can create an issue and our upsell code might be blocked by those apps. You have two options in this case:

Option 1 (Preferred)

Remove any other app or code to use our cart page funnels. At times, other apps will leave dead code in your theme.liquid file.

Option 2

Keep other upsell apps as it is.

Use Zappy as a post-purchase upsell app (thank you pages).

Use Zappy as a cart upsell app (cart pages).
